Only tested and approved raw materials are delivered to the mixing room for compounding. To form the final product, depending on the process used, the rubber mixture is placed in a compression molds, fed to an injection molding machine or sent to a calendering and rotucure machine where the heated mixture is vulcanized. Vulcanization transforms the mixture from its plastic state into a permanently elastic material.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n[\/ls_vc_2column_txt_bgimg][\/vc_column]\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/section>\n\n\t\t\t\t

In the finishing, the vulcanized pads are trimmed out using precision trimming tools. Primary packaging for pharmaceuticals and medical products are washed and packed with HPW\/ WFI water in a cleanroom Class 5.
